Do you want a job with responsibility, where you can work very independently within the team and where there is room for your creative view of the company?

As an assistant sommelier at Restaurant Chung, you will be Chung's right hand man. The days you are at work everything runs like clockwork. You open the restaurant, you check the (wine) stock, you manage the orders, you call the reservations, pull the restaurant taut and get everything ready for the first guests.
You have contact with the suppliers, with your immediate colleagues, with Chung and with our guests. You check their reservations, details we can take into account and you are also the one who welcomes them at the beginning of the evening.

There is a lot of room for your creativity. You keep the wine list up-to-date and you are curious about trends and other developments in our industry. You don't feel inhibited to share and implement great ideas for the restaurant, patio or meeting space.

Actually, we couldn't do a day without you, but we understand that you want some time off too. We do expect you to work weekends, because those are our busiest and most enjoyable days. We like it if you have some experience in the hospitality industry and if you have basic knowledge of wines. The most important thing is your drive and enthusiasm for the profession, because what you don't know yet we can certainly teach you here.
