Deliciously quirky. You can say that when you've eaten at Chung's. The basis of our cuisine is Asian, but with us you don't eat fried rice or noodles with satay. We take our inspiration from modern European cuisines and give it a quirky Rotterdam twist. We don't serve big bowls of white rice, but culinary dishes that combine the best of both worlds. We are creative with herbs, spices and like to think outside the box. So you eat delicious lobster, but with ginger oyster sauce. Or oysters steamed with black beans. What we do take from Asian cuisine is that you can share dishes with your tablemates, so you can taste as much of our cuisine as possible. Our specialty is the Peking duck, which is prepared the artisanal way. If, like Chung herself, you are absolutely crazy about Peking duck, you can also order a 4- or 5-course Peking duck menu from us. With great pleasure we also serve matching wines.
